Judge Denies Defense Motion To Throw Out Harper/Reynolds Indictment!
Judge J Bryant Durham denied the defense’s motion to throw out the indictment of Michelle Reynolds and Richard Scott Harper. He cited the facts that William Conner SR an electrician with temple inland was qualified to serve on the 2005 Grand Jury even though the spot on the jury was meant for his son, William Conner JR… Durham said that Mr Conner came with good intent and believed that he was supposed to be on that Grand Jury. Judge Durham did however; agree to allow the defense to take the matter up with the Georgia Supreme court. The motions hearings have now been put on hold, pending the outcome of an appeal.
