Scott Harper and Michelle Reynolds Return To Court.
Today marked the start of a week full of pretrial motions in the Murder case of Michelle Reynolds and Richard Scott Harper. One motion on the aganda is a request by the defense to keep the public and media out of the courtroom. That motion was not heard Monday but will most likely go before Su
perior court. Judge J. Bryant Durham on Tuesday. Reynolds and Harper are charged in the July 2004 stabbing death of Reynolds husband, Thad Reynolds.
