Harper-Reynolds Trial To Begin In August 2007.
Pretrial motions in the 2004 murder case against Michelle Reynolds and Richard Scott Harper got back on track today in Floyd County Superior Court.
It was revealed Monday that the actual murder trial against the two should begin sometime in August 2007.
The court is also expected to rule this week on the defense’s motion to exclude the media from the proceedings.
Harper and Reynolds are accused in the 2004 murder of Reynolds husband Thad Reynolds.
Motions in the case should continue through the end of this week.
