Former Roman Arrested For Homicide By Vehicle.
A former Roman was arrested Monday on charges of homicide by vehicle as the result of an accident a year and a half ago in Rome.
22-year-old Michael James Colombo who now lives in Atlanta, was behind the wheel of a vehicle that pulled into the path of a tractor trailer at the intersection of Turner Chapel Road and the By-pass.
The accident resulted in the death of Andrew C. Alexander of Rome.
Colombo was released from the Floyd County jail a short time after he was booked late Monday morning.
