Man Killed In One Car Accident On Highway 20 In Coosa.
For the second time in a month, a man in his twenties has been killed in a single car accident after falling asleep at the wheel.
Early Tuesday morning, Adam Curtis Grimes of Trion died in a single vehicle accident on the Alabama Highway west of Rome just before 6:00am.
Officer Chris Fincher with the Floyd County Police department says it appears that the victim fell asleep at the wheel, veered off the road and hit an object causing the pick up truck to flip three times.
According to Fincher, Grimes was apparently on his way to work when the accident occured.
