Serpentfoot Arrested For False Statements, False Swearing.
Community activist Serpentfoot, formerly known as Anne Otwell has been arrested along with another woman accused of making false statements and false swearing.
The 73-year-old Serpentfoot and 39-year-old Anna Borisovna Vann are accused of conspiring to have a local attorney Joe Baldwin arrested and disbarred by claiming that he had assaulted one or more of the victims.
They also allegedly claimed that Vann was brought to the US as a sex slave. The allegation was determined to be unfounded and untrue during a hearing in the local Magistrate’s Court on January 8th.
