Pollen Count Second Highest Ever Recorded.
If it seems as if the pollen is worse this year than it has even been… Well, you may be right. The Pollen count today is sitting at 5932. That is the second highest count on record. To put that in perspective, health officials consider anything over 120 extremely high.
According to the National Weather Service, the next major chance of rain should be late Saturday afternoon. If that happens, the pollen should ease a bit for the weekend and the first part of next week.
