Men Arrested For Breaking Into Home Under Construction, Others for Drugs.
Monday was a busy night for officers in Rome. City police arrested a couple of men for allegedly breaking into a home under construction on Billy Pyle Rd.
33 year old Edwin Medrano and 36 year old Oscar Pena who list the same Luminosa Terrace address were charged with burglary, criminal trespass and criminal damage to property.
25-year-old Terrence Demar Turner of a Redmond Rd. address was arrested Monday night at a home on Pennington Avenue in south Rome, charged with possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute and possession of marijuana.
Officers did not specify how much of either substance they confiscated.
