Lindale Man Arrested For Rape.
31 year old Scott Bradley Stallings of a W. 1st Avenue address in Lindale was arrested Thursday on charges of rape, aggravated sodomy and battery, all under provisions of the state’s Family Violence Act.
Stallings is alleged to have sexually assaulted a woman at the residence on W. 1st Avenue this past Monday and then allegedly battered the woman with his fists. He is being held in the Floyd County jail pending a bond hearing.
