The extreme temperatures have taken their first victim Monday as authorities say 65-year-old Charles A. Holcomb of a Dean Avenue address most likely succumb to the heat.
Holcomb, who lived in the mobile home park next to Roy’s Little Garden, was found inside his camper trailer which officials say had a broken air conditioning unit.
