Floyd County Woman Charged With Feticide By Vehicle.
A 59-year old Silver Creek woman was arrested Wednesday on a warrant charging her with 2nd degree feticide by vehicle.
According to jail reports, Linda Faye Baker, of a John Ingram Road address, pulled out of the IGA parking lot on Highway 27 North into the path of another vehicle driven by 24-year old Candice Jordan, who was pregnant.
Baker, Jordan and Jordan’s 5-year old son were taken to the Floyd Medical Center. Jordan’s unborn child later died as a result of the incident.
