Rome Man Arrested On Aggravated Child Molestation Charges.
Floyd County police have arrested 40 year old Simon Carlos Capistran of a Bollen Court address in Rome on charges of aggravated child molestation.
He is accused of sexual acts involving a young girl at a location on Maple Rd.
Documents available at the Floyd County Jail did not say if this was a one time occurrence or if it happened on more then one occassion.
