Governor Announces Yanmar Expansion

 Governor Sonny Perdue officially announced the expansion of Yanmar of America Corp.’s Adairsville facility yesterday. 

The company broke ground on the 240,000 sq ft expansion earlier this summer. 

The combined plant and office complex will house Yanmar Marine USA Inc., Yanmar Agricultural Machinery America Inc. and the Yanmar Construction Equipment Group. Completion is scheduled for later this year. 

The new facility will assemble agricultural utility tractors and  will also provide new office space for all of Yanmar’s operating group.
