Nursing Home Owner Arrested On Bad Check Charge
Rome nursing home operator George Houser was arrested Tuesday on a bad check charge.
Houser, who’s two homes in Rome were delisted by federal authorities, was accused of writing a check on the Forum Group home to an employee that bounced last December.
Rhonda W. Houser was also arrested on a theft by deception charge however details of that allegation were not available at the Floyd County jail Wednesday. Both have been released from jail on bond.
