Ezzell Named Top Labor Manager
State Labor Commissioner Michael Thurmond has named Mark Ezzell, manager of the Georgia Department of Labor’s Cedartown Career Center,as the labor department’s manager of the year.
Commissioner Thurmand said “This award recognizes a manager who provides the leadership that instills our vision of providing high-quality customer service to job seekers and employers alike”.
Ezzell was nominated for the award by staff members of the Cedartown Career Center. In the nomination, they wrote that “he is without peer when it comes to integrity and knowledge of the agency and its operations and policies” and that Ezzell “is the type of manager and individual that we should all aspire to become.”
