Commission Approves New Bennett Pay Package
The city commission has approved a new compensation package for city manager John Bennett.
The Commission conducted it’s annual evaluation of the manager late Monday night. Bennett will get a 4% raise to more than $151,000, with a 10% deferred compensation stipulation.
The commission also got a long update on city parks from Rec Director Richard Garland. The report included a request for more than $325,000 in capital funding for 2008.
