Airport Overlay Explained
Area residents got their first chance to hear about a proposed Airport Overlay District during a public workshop at the Forum Monday night.
Planning Department Director Sue Hiller said a draft overlay district should be finalized later this month with a second public workshop scheduled for January 15th.
Another overlay district being proposed is for the Highway 411 corridor.
The Overlay Task Force will discuss both issues today at 2pm in the County Caucus room in the old yellow brick courthouse. A public workshop on the 411 overlay district will be tonight from 7-until-8:30pm at The Forum.
