Traffic backed Up On Martha Berry While Workers Install New Water Line
City of Rome workers install a new water line across Martha Berry Blvd. at its intersection with Iron Street Tuesday morning.
Southbound traffic was completely blocked and rerouted onto North 5th Avenue.
officials estimate the work will be completed sometime around 4pm.
