Airport Approves 5 Year Plan
The Floyd County Airport Commission has forwarded its five-year capital improvement plan to the County Commission for final approval.
The plan includes phase two of the proposed North Terminal. Airport Manager Mike Matthews said the airport has already received 400-thousand dollars in state funds for the first phase of the project, which includes putting down pavement and site prep work.
