Drug Charges Land Two In Jail
25 year old Kayla Renee Minter of an Old Cedartown Rd. address in Lindale was arrested by Sheriff’s deputies Thursday on warrants taken by Rome Floyd Metro Task Force personnel. Minter is alleged to have sold methamphetamines to an undercover officer back on the 6th of November. She is charged with possession of meth with the intent to distribute and actual sale of the drug.
A traffic stop on E. 16th Street Wednesday night resulted in a felony drug possession charge against 43 year old Lloyd Everett Towe of an E. 20th Street address. Police recovered a pipe with crack cocaine in it. He’s also being held for state probation officers.
