Laredo’s Bar And Grill Issued Permits, Steak And Shake Permits Expire
Steak and Shake, with 28 locations in Georgia apparently is not in any big hurry to put a store in Rome. The company was issued building permits several months ago for a site in the Riverwalk Center off Turner McCall Blvd. at Riverside Parkway, however those permits were never picked up and in fact have expired.
On the other hand, Laredo’s Bar and Grill has been issued construction and electrical permits by the city of Rome and does have silt fencing up around their proposed location in the Riverwalk Center. Laredo’s is a Georgia based chain with locations in Cumming, Marietta and Kennesaw.
