Power Outage Affects All Of Downtown
A power outage in the downtown area caused traffic congestion just before 1pm on Tuesday.
According to Georgia power, the entire downtown area including the area around Floyd Medical Center lost power for a short while.
The power was restored in about 20 minutes.
