Lindale Man Arrested For Enticing A Child
A 40 year old Lindale man was arrested Sunday on charges of enticing a child for indecent purposes, aggravated child molestation and solicitation.
Mark Brian Kelley of a Teat Street address is alleged to have arranged a meeting at a home in Lindale with a female under the age of 17 for the purpose of sexual activity and that he was going to pay $50 for her services.
He was taken into custody by Floyd County police investigator Gary Conway.
