Feds Bust 3 In Chattooga For Drugs

The Drug Enforcement Administration has arrested three Chattooga County men on federal drug charges.

One of them, 82 year old octogenarian Paul Leon Faulkner is charged with knowingly possessing with the intent to distribute prescription type drugs.

35 year old James Paul Faulkner is charged with knowingly possessing with the intent to distribute marijuana and a firearms count while 46 year old Michael Leon Smith was charged with conspiracy to distribute marijuana and money laundering.

Chattooga County Sheriff Ralph Kellett is expected to conduct a press conference to provide information regarding the case Monday.
