Roman Charged With False Imprisonment
36 year old Charles H. Griffin of a Redmond Rd. address was arrested late Sunday morning, charged with false imprisonment, battery, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and cruelty to children.
He is accused of attempting to confine a woman at allocation on Redmond Rd.
The victim sustained a couple of minor head injuries during the incident which occurred in the presence of a 1 ½ year old child.
