Seven Hills Town Center Won’t Come Before Planners This Week
An official in the Rome Floyd Planning Office says that the Seven Hills Town Center project will not be reviewed by the Rome Floyd Planning Commission for at least another 30 days.
The massive shopping center planned for a site on the north side of US 411 east is being reviewed as a development of regional interest at the Coosa Valley Regional Development Center.
The delay is not expected to impact the project which involves several large anchor stores and a dozen or more smaller shops.
