Two Nabbed For Marijuana
Metro Task Force officers made a couple of arrests Wednesday night.
21 year old James Carl Hackett the second of Cedar Bluff Alabama was arrested after a traffic stop at Shorter and Elm. He was charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute and possession within a thousand feet of a school.
Late last night, 17 year old Colby Lynn Bevels of a Rooney Rd. address was arrest at his home and charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute and possession of a sawed off rifle.
Police did not disclose in either incident how much marijuana was involved.
