Small Amount Of Rain Make Roads Slick

Above: A Representative from Lloyd’s Towing removes a car that slid off a driveway of Classy Critters Pet Kennel and Grooming in the 3000 Block of Callier Springs Rd. The vehicle slid off the driveway and into a ditch following a light period of drizzle. No Injuries were reported.

The picture above is a reminder how even a small amount of rain can deteriorate road conditions. Always be prepared for these type of adverse conditions if the road is even somewhat damp, as build-up of oil or other automotive fluids can slicken the road even more, particularly after a period of dry weather.
