Tractor Trailer Overturns On Ramp To 411

A tractor trailer overturned on the ramp to 411, coming off Dean Street, temporarily closing down the ramp Friday afternoon. The tanker was carrying a load of chicken feed.
While the clean up was in progress, a three car accident occurred.
The second accident prompted EMS to transport one victim who was complaining of neck and back pain.
The ramp to 411 was blocked for about 2 hours while the cleanup was in progress.
