Chase Holtzclaw Returns To Work

A horrific accident severely injured Sheriff’s Deputy Chase Holtzclaw last November when he collided with a Tractor trailer US 411 while heading home after a shift at the jail.

This Sunday, Holtzclaw will return to work at the Floyd County jail.

Holtzclaw was driving a his Dodge pickup truck when he collided with a North bound tractor trailer car hauler driven by 45 year old Charles Ray Lightsey of Alabama.

Holtzclaw’s truck flipped several times after the collision and he had to be extricated from the wreckage.

Jail officials say they are thrilled that Chase is well enough to return to work.
