West Third Project Still Moving Forward
Rome developer David Doss says he’s got deposits for nearly a third of the condominiums he is proposing for a W. 3rd Street development.
Doss said Wednesday that he still expects to meet a closing date for acquisition of the property from the city of Rome this summer, but that groundbreaking might not take place until late in the year or early next year in an effort to link up with a more favorable real estate market.
