Three Arrested For Drug Possession
Officers of the Rome Floyd Metro Task Force executed a search warrant Wednesday at the home of 39 year old Ronald A. Bailey on W. Butler Street and recovered quantities of marijuana, ecstacy and klonopin.
Bailey was charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of ecstacy and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
27 year old April D. Ely of an old Airport Rd. address was arrested at the scene and charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of klonopin and ecstacy and is being detained for state probation personnel while 23 year old Whitney L. Weaver of an Allen Street address was charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute and possession of esctacy.
