Oak Hill And Martha Berry Museum To Host Summer Movie Series
Oak Hill and The Martha Berry Museum is proud to launch “Movies on the Meadow,” a summer-long outdoor film series that offers a family-friendly atmosphere and the experience of viewing classic films in the shadow of Martha Berry’s historic home.
Movies will be screened the third Friday of every month, beginning with “To Kill a Mockingbird” on June 20. “Sweet Home Alabama” will follow July 18, and the series will conclude with “Gone with the Wind” on Aug. 15. Gates open at 8 p.m.; movies get under way at 9. Admission is $5 per car, and concessions will be provided. Please, no alcoholic beverages.
