Rome Young Democrats Meet Local Candidates

The group Rome Young Democrats met Sunday afternoon for a “Chillin’ Out With The Candidates” event.
The event offerred the around 75 visitors all you could eat ice cream and a chance to meet local Democratic candidates. Five local candidates were there campaigning and while candidiates from the state and federal level were slated to be there, they were unable to attend due to a debate.
The event was held at 2:00 PM at the Old Main High School Complex on Washington Dr.
