Highlands Adds Classes in Dallas
College students in Paulding County are being hammered by high gas process so college is coming to Dallas. Gas may or may not have had anything to do with Tuesday’s announcement that Ga Highlands and Kennesaw State will enter into a partnership to offer classes in Dallas, in buildings that are being provided by the county.
The two facilities could handle upwards of 1500 students. Curriculums are still being developed but plans are to begin instruction in Paulding County when the winter semester starts in January.
Highlands will provide instruction for 1st and 2nd yr students while Kennesaw State will deal with juniors and seniors. Demand will dictate the future offerings at the site in Dallas.
