Plastic, Cardboard Recycled… Someone Snags Aluminum
Romans recycled more than 170 pounds of plastic and over 35 pounds of corrugated cardboard at Ridge Ferry Park and Bridgepoint Plaza over the weekend.
Mary Hardin Thornton, Director of the Keep Rome Floyd Beautiful office said that someone beat her crew to the bins to collect all of the aluminum cans that were recycled.
She added, that’s okay as long as all of the material is in fact recycled.
