Commissioner Garry Fricks will be headed to court on August 4th on charges of Driving with a suspended license, no proof of insurance and improper transfer of plate.

According to the police report, Fricks was pulled over for speeding 50mph in a 35mph zone.

When the officer asked for his license, Fricks attempted to give him his Floyd County government ID card. The officer ran Fricks name and date of birth and his license came back as being suspended since 2001.
