ACC Recommends 6 Day Suspension for Olive Garden
Rome’s Alcohol Control Commission has recommended a six day suspension of the pouring license at Olive Garden for a second violation of selling alcohol to an under-aged person.
A state revenue agent who is under 21 got a glass of wine without showing ID at the bar in the restaurant May 29th.
The ACC is also monitoring the food to drink ration at McCrobie’s on Broad Street which is well below the 50-50 level required by the city’s ordinance.
