America’s Most Wanted Suspect To Be Sent Back To Alabama

20 year old Gabriel Rice will be heading back to Alabama to face federal bank robbery and carjacking charges.

US Magistrate Walter Johnson will sign a warrant for removal to the northern District of Alabama as soon as paperwork can be processed and that’s expected to occur sometime late this week or early next week.

Rice, from the Gadsden area, who allegedly held up an Anniston branch of the Wachovia bank July 16th, is actually being housed ion the Cherokee County Alabama detention center.

Sources say that agents sized over $20,000 in cash from Rice after he was arrested in Cartersville Saturday night. Authorities are still searching for his accomplice and Wachovia has offered a $20,000 reward for information that eads to an arrest and conviction.
