New Deputy Coroner Sworn In

After many years of public service, Deputy Coroner Tony Cooper is retiring from the coroner’s office.
Coroner Barry Henderson said, “We certainly appreciate all the years of service Tony has provided for this County.”
Cooper will be replaced by longtime local EMT and Fireman Gene Proctor. Henderson said “we are thrilled to have someone of Gene’s caliber to serve as a Deputy Coroner.”
