CVTC To Hold GED Graduation Thursday
Coosa Valley Technical College will hold their GED Graduation for 2007-2008 Floyd County GED graduates at 7:00 p.m. Thursday at The Forum in Rome.
Approximately 225 Floyd County adults who have earned the General Educational Development Diploma during school year 2007-2008 have been invited to attend with their families and guests. A reception will follow the ceremony.
Included in the ceremony will be Otis Raybon, Technical College System of Georgia; Susan Hackney, CVTC Adult Education; Craig McDaniel, Coosa Valley Technical College; Herman Bradshaw, CVTC Adult Education; and Nancy Simmons, CVTC Adult Education.
Presenting awards will be John R. Ware, II for 100 Black Men of Rome and Linda Liles for the Office of Congressman Phil Gingrey.
