According to Randy Clark, a relative of two of the accident victims, 80 year old Edwin Clark was traveling East on Redmond Road in a white Ford Ranger when he struck the curb. Apparently the driver’s grandson grabbed the wheel and attempted to get the truck back on the road when it ran through the red light at the intersection of Division Street.
Clark’s Truck then struck a Burgandy Pick up truck that was entering redmond from Division, causing the White ford Ranger to flip into oncoming traffic where it was then struck by a small red passenger car.
Both Edwin Clark and his grandson were taken to Redmond with injuries. Another unidentified person who was the driver of the burgandy truck was transported to Redmond Regional Medical Center.
As of 12:14pm, traffic was flowing normally and the scene had been cleared.
