Technical Issue Delays Airing Of District 13 Debate
A technical glitch sidelined the much anticipated airing of the debate between state house District 13 candidates Tuesday night on Georgia Public radio’s WGPB.
WGPB Rome bureau chief John Sepulvado released this statement:
“WGPB will air the scheduled debate between District 13 statehouse candidates Bob Puckett and Rep. Katie Dempsey on Wednesday, September 24th, 2008 at 7 p.m. The debate aired for about a second and a half when the transmitter switched over to the satellite feed for unknown reasons. We thank everyone for their patience, and encourage all interested voters to tune into 97.7 WGPB tomorrow night at 7 p.m. We will also re-air the debate on Thursday at 7 p.m. Audio from the debate will also be on www.gpb.org/wgpb Thursday morning”
