Final Route for 411 Connector
A record of decision delineating the final route for the 411- I-75 connector was signed Thursday, but DOT Board member David Doss says that the same family that stopped the project over a decade ago is likely to mount another challenge.
Doss says that work on the design of the route and acquisition of right of way can now move forward and he’s confident that plans for the route will withstand another Rollins family challenge.
