Advance Rehabilitation Scores Big With Patient Satisfaction
Advance Rehabilitation has been ranked in the 99th percentile for patient satisfaction through Press Ganey for the third quarter of 2008. Advance Rehabilitation’s current score is 3.1 points higher than the AHA Region 4 external benchmark standard.
“We continue to build a strong team that can keep patients happy even during difficult times,” says Keith Thompson, partner with Advance Rehabilitation. “It is a credit to our therapist and staff for showing dedication and commitment to excellent patient care in our clinics.”
Press Ganey compares Advance Rehabilitation Physical Therapy facilities throughout Georgia, Florida, and Alabama to other outpatient facilities in the Southeast region. Press Ganey partners with more than 7,000 health care organizations—including nearly 40% of U.S. hospitals—to measure and improve their quality of care. Press Ganey sends surveys to millions of patients, employees, and physicians every year to produce the most comprehensive data on service quality and safety culture.
“We are honored that our patients rank us among the best in the nation, when it comes to Physical Therapy,” says Mark Harrison, director of marketing and public relations. “Our team is diligent in giving patients outstanding care in a compassionate and friendly environment, and our score reflects that we are heading in the right direction.”
Thompson attributes continued success to maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction and the willingness to ask patients how Advance is doing and creating initiatives to remedy their concerns and build on existing strengths. Advance Rehabilitation is a large, private and locally-owned physical therapy practice providing high quality rehabilitation services.
