Police Solve Pharmacy Burglaries

A Rome man has been charged with three counts of burglary for break ins at pharmacies in Shannon and Coosa during the past year.

33 year old William T. Davidson of a Pine Village Trailer Park address is charged with breaking into the McGowan Jones pharmacy and the Shannon Pharmacy back in late March.

He is also alleged to have entered the GMC Value Mart Pharmacy on the Alabama Highway last week where prescription drugs including lorcet, a potent painkiller were taken.
