Fayette County Man Busted for E-Mailing Nudity
A southwest metro Atlanta man is being held in the Floyd County jail without bond this morning, charged with electronically furnishing obscene materials to minors and distributing material depicting nudity or sexual conduct.
32-yea- old Troy Aguda Serapion was picked up by Floyd County deputies on the warrants late Wednesday night or early this morning.
Serapion is alleged to have transmitted nude photographs of a Floyd County woman to a step-sister and the girl’s father back on the 6th of January.
Investigators have not discussed how the man obtained the photos of woman, or why he decided to send them to the girl’s step-sister and father in Floyd County.
