I have friends that just moved in an apartment in West Rome. They’re telling us that west Rome Walmart and Lowe’s have been evacuated, and golfball size hail has been pounding their cars. Also friends that live in Old East Rome tell us there’s golfball size hail there too… I came in from Calhoun and came through two heavy hail storms; pretty sure my car has damage, but I made it home, so I’ll get over it.

Was the biggest hail I had ever seen in person! Hope this is not a sign of what the summer will be like!
