Tennessee Man Arrested For Enticing A Child, Aggravated Molestation
A Soddy Daisy Tennessee man was arrested on several charges after he allegedly attempted to entice an 11-year-old female for indecent purposes.
According to jail reports, John Ray Powers of 157 Pottery Lane, Soddy Daisy Tennessee, attempted to wave down the female and then followed her into the incident location making obscene jesters and sticking his tongue out.
Powers was arrested by Floyd County police and charged with Aggravated Child molestation, enticing a child for indecent purposes and simple assault.
