Reliable Health Care To Be Sold To Employees
Reliable Health Care Management LLC President and CEO Andrew J. Morris announced during a recent appreciation cookout for one of Reliable’s skilled nursing facilities, “The company is being sold effective July 1, 2009.”
Reliable Health Care Management LLC owns and operates eight skilled nursing facilities and Reliable Rehab Associates LLC provides therapy services across the state of Georgia.
This announcement came while everyone attending the cookout was eating, and after the big eyes, loud gasps, and utter silence, Morris went on to say, “The Company is being sold to you, the employees. We’re a profitable company and we want to share our success with you. The best way to do that is for you to own your piece of the pie.”
The crowd, now overwhelmed with the news, turned their nervous energy into a celebration of their new found opportunity.
Known throughout the company for his unique ways of giving back to employees, especially during the holiday season, with special games for employees to play for a chance to increase their bonus, the delivery style of this announcement held true to Reliable tradition. The theme in all the games participated in by Reliable employees is “It Pays To Stay!”
